BASSETT HYDE is the vision of stylist, set designer and world traveler Beverley Hyde, whose career creating imagery and environments for international premium brands has cultivated a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, texture and timeless design. 

While traveling in Puglia, Italy, Beverley was introduced to a local family that have been producing traditional woven textiles since the 1930’s. Followed by  the Irish collection from  a mill making fine linen textiles since 1840. 

As a nod to the trousseau tradition and the practicality of antique linens, each piece is adorned with a numbered small red embroidered tag. More than an identifier, it is a quiet signature - distinguishing each design while evoking the romance and craftsmanship of European textiles. More recently, Bassett Hyde has expanded to include table linens and a curated selection of vintage tabletop pieces.
